Candidates must have completed Certificate III in Plumbing or the specific prerequisites for the Units as described in the course outline
Candidates must successfully pass the entry level Basic Medical Check
Candidates may also enter the qualification through a number of other pathways including:
- completing an equivalent construction course
- having worked in related industry for a period of time and able to demonstrate the competencies for Certificate III.
To achieve a Certificate IV in Plumbing a total number of 17 units must be completed.
