Candidates must complete the Certificate I in Administration or demonstrate competence in these units before commencing this Certificate II.
Candidates may enter this qualification through a number of points including:
- completing Certificate I in Administration;
- having worked in the Administration and Finance area for at least one year;
- seeking a career change from another industry area.
Candidates would be expected to have level 1 language and numeracy proficiency in either Tetum or Portuguese and have basic English/Portuguese workplace oral communication skills and read and write skills.
To achieve a Certificate II in Financial Services a total number of 16 units must be completed including:
