Candidates must have:completed Certificate 2 in General Construction or completed a stand-alone trade certificate at level 2 or completed the specific prerequisites for the Units as described in the course outline

Candidates must successfully pass the entry level Basic Medical Check

Candidates may also enter the qualification through a number of other pathways including:

• completing an equivalent construction course
• having worked in related industry for a period of time and able to demonstrate the competencies for Certificate II in General Construction or Certificate II in Plumbing.

To achieve a Certificate III in Plumbing a total number of 22 units must be completed.
